We're thrilled to announce
that The Real Flower Company has won the award for 'Best
Emerging British Luxury Brand' at the annual Walpole
Awards for Excellence which were held at The Banqueting House in
London's Whitehall on Monday 16th November 2009.
Karen Watson, Co-Owner and
Managing Director of The Real Flower Company, accepted the award on
behalf of the Company and was presented with a beautiful hand
crafted engraved silver plaque made by Asprey.
The Walpole Awards for
Excellence are held to honour those individuals and companies who
exemplify luxury and committment to British excellence by their
work across luxury, design, culture, service and craftsmanship both
internationally and within Britain.
The judges in our
category were Lucia van der Post, Luxury Commentator and
Journalist; John Ayton, Walpole; Michael Ward, Harrods;
Johnathon Helibron, Thomas Pink; Demertra Pinsent, McKinsey &
Company; Anne Pitcher, Selfridges.
