| Welcome to our trade pages! We are the premier grower of cut scented garden roses and selling to the trade was where it all began for us. We still sell our cut scented garden roses, cut herbs and foliage to many of the top florists and floral designers in the UK. We were awarded the title of 'Cut Flower Grower of the Year 2009' in Feb 2009 by Horticulture Week. OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE: Orders need to be placed at least 7 days in advance as we pick to order. We try to carry a small amount of cut stock so please call 01730 818300 for availability if you have a last minute job that comes in - we may be able to help. Our minimum order is £100. It is important to bear in mind that we cannot guarantee our production 100% as it is weather dependent therefore if the weather affects our picks you may be offered an alternative choice of rose. If you book in advance we may call close to delivery time to offer alternatives so bear in mind that the order confirmation is not a guarantee that we will be able to supply the exact varieties. It is always best to discuss several options with your client as garden roses by their very nature vary in colour month by month and the quantities available are only forecasts as our garden roses are not produced in factory-farmed conditions or heated greenhouses. There will always be blemishes on the outer petals (bearer petals), particularly on paler varieties and you will need to remove these outer petals when you make up your arrangements, this is normal on garden roses. Most florists take delivery on Wed or Thurs for a Saturday wedding, depending on your own keeping conditions. Any damaged stems need to be reported to us in writing by email to info@realflowers.co.uk strictly within 24 hours of delivery. Please note that our prices may increase at any time and are very likely to increase each season. Apologies for all of the conditions of sale but if you are new to buying from us it's all important stuff to know! |
