  A huge and brilliantly designed box adorned with green satin ribbon was delivered this morning, and on opening it I found the prettiest huge bouquet I have ever been given, and in perfect condition thanks to the cunning of its clever box.

  You could have knocked me down with a feather I was so astonished!  It really is extremely kind of you. I don't know if you will have seen it, (or maybe ordered it over the Internet) but in case not, it is composed of roses, lavender, mint, eucalyptus, many other herbs and elegant leaves, all beautifully arranged and tightly bound so that I have been able to transfer it to a vase without disturbing the brilliant arrangement, only snipping off 2.5 cms of the stalks as instructed on the accompanying card.

  It is now in my main room diffusing fresh and delicious flowery scents to mix with the normal cedar woodsmoke from the fire.  It is lavishly generous of you to send me something so lovely, - I really can't thank you enough."
