For these Terms and Conditions, "The Promoter" refers to The Real Flower Company. The "Prize" refers to *6-Month Medium Bouquet Subscription to the value of £530*.
Entrants must be over 18 years old on the date of their entry.
Employees of The Promoter are not eligible to enter.
This competition is open to residents of mainland Great Britain only.
Instagram and Meta are not in any way affiliated or involved in the competition.
The winner will be selected at random and notified within 7 days of the raffle draw. If the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, a new winner may be selected.
Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. Where a Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the promoter reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal or higher value.

The Prize relies on seasonality, and bouquets will vary month on month. The Promoter reserves the right to update the prize in line with seasonal availability.
Our goods are sent out by courier on a ‘no signature required ’ service. This means that the flowers can be left on the property (porch or step) or with a neighbour if there is no one home to accept delivery.
We do not accept any liability for delayed deliveries caused by any third party or by fire, flood or mechanical breakdown.
We do not accept any liability for incorrect postcodes, house names or numbers leading to deliveries to incorrect addresses.
Where we cannot deliver flowers to a particular postcode due to a 2-day delivery service, an alternative prize of equal value will be provided.
The name, address, email address and phone number of the winner must be provided to The Promoter and will be shared to enable fulfilment of the Prize.
The Promoter will not be held liable for any failure to receive entries. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid.

Competition open until 23:59 on Sunday 25/06/2023. Entries received after this time will not be counted.
You must be aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
Prizes are not transferable however if you wish to gift one of the prizes to a friend or relative we can arrange this for you.

Delivery is available to mainland UK addresses, excluding some areas of Scotland.
Family and friends of The Real Flower Company employees are eligible, but employees are not.
