Wellbeing Bouquet with Liz Earle

We worked with Liz Earle MBE to create the ultimate feel-good bouquet that instantly lifts the spirits, bringing joy and a sense of calm and wellbeing.

Scented pink garden roses with their distinctive fragrance symbolise gratitude and appreciation. Fresh mint stimulates and awakens the senses.

Rosemary has a grounding scent used in aromatherapy to help alleviate stress. Delicate lavender flowers with their soft silver petals and calming aroma finish the bouquet.

The roses and herbs in this bouquet are grown on The Real Flower Company’s Fairtrade sister farm in Kenya, which has been accredited as having the highest social and environmental standards. The farm benefits from a perfect natural climate for growing flowers so its carbon footprint in minimal; furthermore, The Real Flower Company has a policy of utilising empty space on passenger jets for transport, so carbon emissions from importing our Kenyan produce are nearly six times lower than for the Dutch flowers that make up the majority of commercial flowers sold in the UK.
